Goldrush

While all other varieties have most apples showing frass this time of year, I'm not seeing any on goldrush, they are once again way behind in their development, other apples are large and red by now, goldrush is still small and green, it's my theory that this is why the local boring insects pass over this one, but hard to think like an apple maggot.
