Purchases

The Purchases page in your dashboard shows all orders you have placed as a buyer. Each order card displays the order number, status, items, seller name, date, and total price.

Click on any order to view its full detail page with line items, fulfillment information, and the order message thread.

Paid — Your payment has been processed and the seller has been notified. The order is waiting for the seller to fulfill it.

Ready for Pickup — The seller has prepared your order for porch pickup. You will receive an email with the pickup address.

Shipped — The seller has shipped your order. You will receive a tracking number by email.

Out for Delivery — The seller is delivering your order to your address.

Delivered — Your order has been delivered or picked up.

Cancelled — The order was cancelled. If you were charged, a refund will be processed.

Refunded — A refund has been issued for this order.
